I am a design strategist, researcher, and leader bringing teams together to envision and collectively move towards better futures. I design experiences, services, and strategies that bring more play in our work, more equity into our processes, and more health into our communities & ecosystems.

I’ve worked and played with teams at Zwift,  Foundation Medicine, Hennepin Healthcare System, Mad*Pow, and the Mayo Clinic Center for innovation. I received my BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and co-founded the Designer’s Oath. I sit on board of directors for the non-profit Creature Conserve, advocating for collaboration between artists and scientists. I’m also an illustrator and love making science-informed art, even though my family wishes I’d stop hanging pictures of microorganisms around our house and just paint pretty things.
